This message indicates that your credit card bank has declined this transaction.
This could result from their fraud control deparment which will decline certain online transactions over a certain dollar amount.
You have two choices:
1. Try your order with another credit card
2. Contact the credit card company at the number on the back of your card, and explain to them that your transaction with WatchBuys was declined. They should be able to reset a flag on your account so that you may successfully place your order.
