WatchBuys is pleased to offer shipments to our clients in Puerto Rico.  We ship using FedEx Priority Overnight for all shipments

Shipments will arrive in Puerto Rico the day after your order is shipped, but because of the delay in clearing customs and the payment of duties and taxes your package could take additional days to be delivered to you.

Please keep in mind the following important facts for shipments to Puerto Rico:
 

  • All shipments to Puerto Rico are declared for US and Puerto Rico Customs purposes at their full and accurate values.

  • Once your purchases arrive in Puerto Rico, you will be contacted for custom's clearance and the payment of duties and taxes.

  • Before accepting delivery, you must pay all duties, taxes and other import costs, which in Puerto Rico can amount to 6.6% for the excise tax plus additional import charges.

  • All sales to Puerto Rico are considered to be final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    We accept as payment methods VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  You will be required to provide a verified address that matches your billing address on file with the bank, and we must ship to that verified address.
