What is error message #10555?

This message indicates that the billing address you entered on your order does not match the billing address the credit bank has on file for you.

Please try to place your order again using the exact billing address at which you receive your credit card statement.

Please note that if you continue to place orders that are declined because of your billing address, your bank may issue a temporary authorization to your card.  These authorizations are not actual charges, and no amount will be billed to your card until you receive an approved order.
